The Product Management function plays a pivotal role at the intersection of fan technology, customer needs, and business strategy. As the Product Manager – Fans, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the Fans portfolio. This role requires deep technical understanding, robust commercial acumen, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and competitive fan products to the market.

You will collaborate with BU leadership, Technology, Purchase, Sales, and Business Development teams to build differentiated fan solutions, manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, and ensure successful commercialization. The role will also demand customer interactions for product approvals, understanding requirements, and developing a strong integrator and channel ecosystem
