Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Magento Developer to lead the development and optimization of Magento-based e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Magento development, excellent leadership skills, and experience working in a fast-paced digital environment. This role requires managing a team of developers, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable and high-performing e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Magento developers to deliver high-quality projects within defined timelines.
Design, develop, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Paid Media, Design, SEO, Content, and Project Management, to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.
Customize and optimize Magento modules, extensions, and integrations to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement,



and implement technical solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best development practices.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to team members.
Stay updated with the latest Magento updates, technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Magento development.
Robust expertise in Magento 2, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
Experience with Magento customization, third-party integrations, and API development.
Understanding of e-commerce workflows, customer journeys, and digital marketing ecosystems.
