Role Overview
The Senior Engineering Manager – Digital Engineering will lead end-to-end software delivery for one or more enterprise client accounts. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role requiring deep software development expertise, strong technical leadership, and proven experience managing distributed engineering teams across complex engagements.
Reporting to the Delivery Director or Studio Delivery Leader,



the role is responsible for engineering execution excellence across architecture, development, quality, releases, and client delivery. The individual will also drive adoption of AI-enabled software development practices, leveraging AI coding assistants, intelligent engineering tools, and Innover accelerators to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have progressed through a robust software engineering career, managed large development teams and multi-track portfolios, and possess the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and client stakeholders.

Own end-to-end software development delivery across multiple client engagements and workstreams.
