You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead corporate real estate fit-out projects, delivering agreed objectives, KPIs and client outcomes.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and procurement activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders, driving collaboration and service excellence.
• Champion safety, quality,



compliance and best practice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project changes, reporting, handover requirements and effective governance processes.
• Drive innovation, digital delivery and net zero carbon principles to optimise project performance.
You’ll need to have:

• Proven experience delivering corporate real estate and fit-out projects within live client environments.
• Strong project management skills across planning, budgeting, procurement and stakeholder engagement.
• Sound understanding of construction methodologies, health and safety, and project delivery practices.
• Relevant project or construction qualification; professional membership or working towards accreditation preferred.
