About the Role

We are looking for experienced Area Sales Managers (ASM) to drive business growth for the Home Loans DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Channel across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing network of DSA partners while driving Home Loan business across the assigned territory. This is a predominantly field-based role that requires strong leadership, partner management, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

* Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual Home Loan sales targets through the DSA channel.
* Drive business growth by maximizing productivity across the assigned DSA network.
* Ensure timely sourcing, processing, and disbursement of Home Loan applications.
DSA Recruitment & Network Expansion

* Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new DSA partners.
* Expand the DSA network to increase market reach and business opportunities.
* Conduct regular onboarding and product training sessions for new and existing DSA partners.
DSA Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners to drive long-term business.
* Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor partner performance.
* Resolve partner concerns and provide continuous support to improve productivity.
Lead Generation & Business Conversion

* Work closely with DSA partners to generate quality Home Loan leads.
* Monitor lead conversion ratios and assist partners in closing high-value opport
