Why This Role Is Different
This is not a traditional pre-sales or proposal-writing internship.
You will help build Bynry’s RFP and outbound engine, working directly with the Founder and Senior Director. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and market expansion.
You Will
Own RFP identification → qualification → submission → tracking
Apply Generative AI, agentic workflows, and automation (n8n) to scale proposal output
Help us achieve an ambitious,
real business goal:Identify and submit 150 high-quality RFP proposals in 2026

RFP Identification & Qualification
Identify relevant RFPs across Water, Electric, Gas, utilities from North America & Globally
Build structured RFP intake and qualification frameworks
Profile accounts and utilities for strategic fit, deal size, and win probability
Prioritize RFPs aligned with SMART360’s ICP and GTM strategy
Proposal & Pre-Sales Execution
Coordinate RFP submissions end-to-end (inputs, ti
