The Head – Corporate Planning will be responsible for driving strategic planning, annual operating plans, business performance reviews, market intelligence, growth initiatives, and cross-functional business alignment. The role will work closely with leadership teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to support sustainable growth and profitability.

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

Lead the annual strategic planning and budgeting process across business verticals.
Develop long-term business plans aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
Identify growth opportunities including recent markets, product categories, channel expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Support leadership in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, or diversification opportunities.
