Job Description: Salesforce CRM CoE Lead

Core Experience & Skills:

The Salesforce CRM CoE Lead will spearhead the client’s Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative - driving demand shaping, team structuring, commercial definition, operating model design, hiring, and service delivery initiation. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the Infosys team, requiring deep Salesforce domain expertise, strong CRM/CoE SME capabilities, and the ability to influence and build relationships with C-level executives
Establish and lead a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), including defining frameworks, best practices, and delivery /governance
Design and implement Salesforce-centric solutions and technical architectures across multiple Salesforce Clouds
Define and enforce standards for data architecture, integrations, and security models within the Salesforce ecosystem




Build and maintain robust relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for Salesforce transformation initiatives
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing offshore team comprising architects, developers, and consultants
Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals, provide solutioning, and support pre-sales activities
Define and execute the strategy for building, scaling, and maturing the Salesforce practice
Education: Any Bachelor's/master's degree+ MBA (preferred)
Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect and Salesforce Certified Application Architect
Team: Have led a team of approximately 10 to 30
Industry: Financial Services (FINS), with a focus on Insurance and Banking sectors
Location: Bangalore (preferred), Pune, Hyderabad is also fine.
