Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects
Prepare and review working drawings, material specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with contractors, vendors, carpenters, and site supervisors to ensure design intent is executed accurately
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
Source and shortlist materials, furniture, lighting, and decor items within budget
Mentor and guide junior designers/interns on design standards and project protocols
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable practices relevant to the Mumbai market
