Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Contingent Workforce Administration
Oversee the complete lifecycle management of contingent workforce employees, including onboarding, offboarding,



and maintaining accurate contingent workforce records.
Ensure timely updates and accuracy of the Contingent Workforce Master Database.
2. HR Operations & Systems Support
Support day-to-day HR operations, including time and attendance management through HR platforms such as UKG Kronos.
Coordinate with IT and relevant stakeholders to promptly resolve system-related concerns and ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Maintain data accuracy and support process improvements within HR systems.
3. Employee Grievance Management
Act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns, with a focus on welfare and workplace well-being.
Investigate, manage, and resolve grievances in a timely, confidential, and empathetic manner.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.
4. Employee Welfare & Engagement Programs
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee welfare, engagement, and retention initiat
