Your Key Responsibilities As a Principal Engineer

Leading the design, delivery, and operation of secure,



scalable, and highly automated solutions across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Teams, and Power Platform.
Setting technical direction, engineering standards, and best practices for the Modern Workplace platform while providing hands-on technical leadership.
Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and operational improvements.
Designing solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles, security policies, and compliance requirements.
Driving the resolution of complex technical incidents through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the implementation of proactive monitoring and self-healing capabilities.
Mentoring engineers and championing automation, cloud innovation, and continuous improvement across the engineering community.
