Role Description This is a full-time, in office Purchasing Manager role based in Mumbai. The Purchasing Manager will oversee the procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and services required for architectural, interior, and turnkey projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely availability.



Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery schedules against project timelines. The role involves coordinating closely with design, project management, and site teams to forecast requirements, manage inventory levels, and resolve supply issues. The Purchasing Manager will regularly analyze market trends, maintain supplier performance records, manage procurement budgets, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong purchasing and procurement skills, including vendor identification, negotiation, purchase order management, and contract administration.
Experience in sourcing construction, interior, furniture, MEP, and related materials for architectural or fit-out projects.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to determine accurate material requirements.
