Title: Program Control Lead – Execution & Systems
Location: Narsapura, Kolar
Role Overview: Provide structured execution tracking and milestone visibility across factory readiness and ramp stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain master tracker covering readiness, capex, procurement, and ramp milestones
Track manpower ramp and equipment readiness
Monitor BOM status and engineering change control
Track MES, SAP, and IT readiness milestones
Prepare executive dashboards for leadership review
Ensure action items across functions are tracked to closure
Functional Interaction: BD, Engineering, SCM, Finance, Facility, HR, Quality, IT
Experience: 6–10 years in manufacturing program management or execution tracking roles
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or MBA
Business Impact: Provides execution visibility and prevents fragmented ramp control
