Role: Salesforce Technical Lead with OMS Experience

Location: Remote (India)
Working Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM
Employment Type: Contract

Key Skills:

Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, prepare technical solutions, and provide effort estimates.
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and oversee data migration and deployment activities using Salesforce CLI (SFDX).
Conduct code reviews, enforce Salesforce best practices, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations,



and technical proposals when required.

Required Skills & Experience
7–12 years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, Salesforce integrations, and Salesforce CLI (SFDX).
Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Hands-on experience delivering Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security, deployment, testing, and application architecture.
Salesforce certifications and an active Trailblazer profile are highly desirable.
