Job Summary:

The Fund-raiser will play a crucial role in identifying and generating both Corporate and HNI leads for our Corporate & Individual Social Responsibility initiatives. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can generate leads, identify potential partners, build relationships, and convert them into active & recurring engagements that align with our CSR & Fund-raising goals. The candidate must have a strong understanding of CSR Policies, Procedures, Processes, Compliance, Due Diligence, Impact Monitoring & Reporting, combined with excellent networking skills,



and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Candidate should have an exposure to the Education Ecosystem in India (private & public) and related Government policies and initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential CSR partners & Donors, including corporations, foundations in India & abroad, Government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
Maintain a comprehensive database & pipeline of potential partners, with robust follow-up strategies & methodologies including regular tracking & reporting of all the outreach and engagement activities.

Networking and Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CSR Personnel, CXOs, CEOs, Directors & Manging Directors,
