You'll play a crucial role in shaping our product strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and driving the development and lifecycle management of our products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Program Managers, Technical Managers, Tender Leaders, and Domain Directors,



to ensure the successful execution of product strategies, manage product documentation, and oversee the product lifecycle. You’ll also support customer demonstrations, pre-tendering activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take ownership of developing and maintaining the product roadmap and ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) of your product, but also support the project team during execution and manage global product documentation and training materials.
We’ll look to you for:

Collecting customer needs and analyzing market trends with support from the Regions

Conducting competitor benchmarking and defining Key Value Parameters (KVPs) for the product

Developing and maintaining the product roadmap, from market and R&D; requirements to end-of-life

Managing lifecycle status, including Phase-In/Phase-Out processes

Proposing new R&D; developments and technology roadmaps
