Main purpose of the position
ISS is looking for dynamic individuals in Category Management to drive Business value by transforming contract management into a proactive, strategic, and value-driven function.
What you’ll do:
Drive supplier compliance across ISS countries by transitioning non-compliant cleaning spend to the global Solenis/Diversey agreement, maximizing rebate opportunities.
Develop and execute country-level business cases for preferred supplier solutions, partnering with local Procurement and Operations teams to drive adoption.
Support the Cleaning Category strategy through spend analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance tracking.
Manage governance for the five-year global agreement,
including KPI tracking, reporting, surveys, and Business Review Meeting (BRM) preparation.
Support strategic ISS–supplier initiatives, including joint productivity, innovation, and continuous improvement programs.
Provide ad hoc commercial and analytical support across the Group Cleaning portfolio.
