We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Visual Designer to lead our brand's visual communication across digital and marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in website design and rebuilding, marketing collateral creation, and video editing, with the ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the redesign and rebuilding of the company website to improve user experience, visual appeal, and conversion rates.
• Optimize website layouts, graphics, and content presentation for improved user engagement.
• Maintain consistency across all website pages in line with brand guidelines.
• Design and develop campaign-specific landing pages for lead generation initiatives.
• Monitor website performance and recommend design improvements based on analytics.
