Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Product & Business Translation Lead with 9–12+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business objectives, product strategy, and artificial intelligence capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in defining AI use cases, developing AI-driven product strategies, engaging executive stakeholders, and driving successful adoption of AI solutions across organizations.
This role requires a strong understanding of business transformation, AI capabilities, product lifecycle management, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
Develop AI product strategies, roadmaps, and adoption frameworks.
Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, data scientists,



and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities.
Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions and product initiatives.
Evaluate AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and impact.
Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
Support AI adoption initiatives by creating awareness, enablement plans, and change management strategies.
Define success metrics and KPIs for AI product initiatives.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Support governance, prioritization, and lifecycle management of AI solutions.
Identify industry trends and emerging AI capabilities to recommend strategic opportunities.
