Requirements:
MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia).
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) and state medical council.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on clinical experience in anesthesia delivery in a hospital or surgical center.
Proficiency in managing anesthesia machines, monitoring equipment, and emergency airway management.
Strong understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and pain management principles.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills in quick-paced clinical environments.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
