Leading requirement-gathering workshops and translating business needs into functional design specifications across supply chain planning domains. Independently configuring, testing, and validating supply chain planning application modules including demand, supply, inventory. Coordinating with client IT and business teams to ensure solution alignment and managing open items through to resolution. Reviewing and owning functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and traceability matrices. Providing functional guidance to analysts on the team and supporting their day-to-day delivery activities. Contributing to knowledge management, best practices documentation, and internal capability building.
