Mission of Role : The primary objective of this role is to effectively plan, procure, and manage the supply of all dry goods, including glass bottles, PET bottles, closures, labels, shippers, and other packaging materials, for the company's bottling facilities.



The role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply at the optimum cost while maintaining defined inventory levels and driving excellence in quality, compliance, sustainability, and service delivery.Role Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Supply Planning

Ensure timely procurement of all dry goods in line with production plans to avoid stock-outs and production disruptions.
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and ensure timely processing of procurement transactions.
Create and maintain SKU codes in SAP for new packaging materials.
Coordinate closely with Production Planning and Plant teams to align procurement with manufacturing requirements.

Maintain packaging material inventory within defined norms while optimizing working capital.
Define and monitor supplier Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to inventory replenishment and service performance.
Drive inventory optimization projects to reduce carrying costs without impacting production continuity.
