About The Role
The Lead- Client Success plays a pivotal role as the true face of the organization. This client-facing position is solely responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The profile requires working with a customer-first approach and serving as the customer's representative internally. The incumbent must be proactive, responsive, and naturally inclined to establish positive connections with client representatives while building solid relationships. The Customer Success role aims to develop the executive as a product champion and cultivate techno-functional expertise in the HR-Tech domain.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Act as a software implementation professional, excelling in a client-facing and leadership position, ensuring timely and high- quality execution of activities.
Take ownership of the client relationship, starting from the point of sale through the end-to-end implementation process, and facilitate a smooth hand-off to the Technical Support team.
Lead end-to-end solution implementation with clients, utilizing Agile Methodology, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Create solution documents, Change Request documents, and Integration documents.
Conduct product training for different stakeholders.
Serve as a crucial part of the product owner in the scrum team, demonstrating initiatives for refining and strengthening the existing product.
Manage and personally deliver services required to meet implementation goals at a high level of quality.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring platform adoption, upselling new modules, and fostering partnerships with clients.
Participate in the pre-sales team, organizing demonstrations for clients.
