We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
2- Assist in onboarding of new employees.
3- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
4- Coordinate with employees to address routine HR queries.
5- Ensure timely follow-up on recruitment and onboarding activities.
Requirements
1- Graduate in any discipline.
2- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
3- Knows how to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn and Canva.
4- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
