Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using Tally.
Reconcile credit card statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies.
Perform bank statement reconciliations to ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
Assist in managing TDS compliance, including calculations, payments, and return filing.
Support GST-related activities, including return filing, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
Assist with compliance related to Qualified Tax (PT), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Provident Fund (PF).
Support the preparation and finalization of financial statements and accounting reports.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
Maintain organized financial records, documentation, and accounting files.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide the required financial information during audits.
Stay updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
Support the finance team with additional accounting and financial projects as assigned.
