External Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Spearhead and manage all aspects of quality assurance within the manufacturing process, ensuring alignment with CEAT's stringent quality standards and customer expectations.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and minimize defects.
Conduct rigorous audits and inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to identify and rectify any deviations from established standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and RandD, to proactively address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing product quality and manufacturing processes.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies,



and regulatory requirements to ensure CEAT remains at the forefront of quality assurance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Special Requirement:

Essential: Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably within the tyre or automotive industry.
Desirable: In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and root cause analysis methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.
