This is a unified engineering role where engineers are expected to contribute across development, automated validation, performance, operational readiness, and service reliability. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges, takes ownership from design through production, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. While programming language experience, we expect engineers to incorporate AI-native engineering practices.Job Requirements

Own the functional, performance, scalability, and reliability aspects of cloud-native data management services and distributed systems.




Drive features through the entire software lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Design, develop, and operate microservices-based applications using Kubernetes, containers, RESTful APIs, and modern CI/CD practices.
Build high-quality software leveraging Python for automation, validation frameworks, tooling, operational efficiency, and CI/CD integration.
Collaborate across engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, security, observability, and customer-facing experiences.
Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and code reviews to drive technical excellence, software quality, and engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term reliability, scalability, and operational improvements.
