Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Governance & Management Specialist with 6–12+ years of experience to establish, implement, and manage enterprise data governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data governance standards, data quality management, metadata management, master data management, data classification, and privacy practices. This role will support organizations in improving data trust, compliance, accessibility, and business value through effective governance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement enterprise data governance frameworks aligned with industry standards and business objectives.
Establish data governance policies, standards, processes, and operating models.
Define data ownership, stewardship models, and governance responsibilities across business and technology teams.




Implement data quality management frameworks to improve accuracy, completeness, and reliability of enterprise data.
Manage metadata, data cataloging, lineage, and business glossary initiatives.
Support Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and implementation.
Define and implement data classification and data privacy frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, security teams, and technology teams to ensure effective data governance.
Monitor governance KPIs, data quality metrics, and compliance requirements.
Drive adoption of governance practices across enterprise data initiatives.
Support regulatory compliance and data protection requirements.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
Data Governance Frameworks
Solid understanding of DAMA-DMBOK or NDMO frameworks and data governance principles.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise data governance operating models.
