What we need:
Reporting to the Data Centre Operations Manager, this role will perform the fundamental function to keep operational readiness of Digital Edge Data Centre environment during 24/7 daily operation shift. This role will be based in Digha, Navi Mumbai site office.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain 100% uptime of the datacenter.
Ensure service delivery as per agreed SLA with Customer.
Governance on vendor management.
Responsible for 100% Safety compliance.
Responsible for DC physical security.
Preparation and Implementation of SOP, EOP, MOP for all types of work.
Supervise and Support installation for Racks and stacks customer equipment
Build, assess and continually improve internal and external
