Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of hands -on experience in a South Indian or Kerala -style kitchen.
Expertise in traditional cooking methods including steaming, tempering, roasting, and slow -cooking.
In -depth knowledge of regional spice blends, coconut -based gravies, tamarind, curry leaves, and other core ingredients.
Proven experience in preparing both vegetarian and non -vegetarian South Indian dishes.
Basic proficiency in English or Hindi (Malayalam or Tamil is a plus).
