Job Description
Responsibilities:




- Reviewing procurement requests and obtaining multiple quotes to create detailed purchase requisitions
- Building and maintaining relationships through regular engagement with standard vendors
- Receiving, cataloging, and ensuring accurate asset management while facilitating timely equipment delivery to users
- Processing invoices, reconciling accounts with Accounting, and maintaining accurate purchasing system records
- Supporting negotiation processes with suppliers and contractors to secure advantageous terms and conditions
- Compiling procurement data and statistics to inform and support strategic negotiation efforts
- Monitoring market trends to align procurement strategies with industry best practices and technological advancements
- Evaluating supplier performance, ensuring contractual compliance, and identifying areas for process improvements
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights
