Description
- Demonstrate strong expertise in UAE Fire & Life Safety Code (FLS), Saudi Building Code 201 (SBC 201), NFPA 101, NFPA 5000, IBC, and other international fire safety standards.
- Develop detailed fire and life safety (FLS) drawings, plans, and documentation in compliance with local regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
- Perform comprehensive analyses, including occupancy load calculations, fire separation planning, hazard identification, travel distance assessments, construction elements definition, and fire access road planning.
- Support multi-disciplinary teams in designing facilities that align with local regulations and project-specific fire safety requirements.
- Prepare fire safety submissions and compliance reports for regulatory approvals.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to seamlessly integrate fire safety solutions into building designs.
- Develop performance-based fire engineering strategies, ensuring optimized safety measures.
- Exhibit proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and fire modeling tools to enhance technical efficiency.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
