This role focuses on platform scalability, governance, and data-driven personalization—not campaign execution. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture and optimization of SFMC modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages). • Design scalable frameworks and automations for efficiency, compliance, and reuse. • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and enterprise systems via APIs and connectors. • Use AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for personalization and audience segmentation. • Develop intelligent journeys and automations with monitoring and alerts. • Enforce data governance, privacy (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and audience consent management. • Collaborate with CRM, IT, and Marketing teams to align data and technical strategies. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.



• 8+ years of Saleforce experience • 5+ years of hands-on SFMC technical experience. • Robust in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS. • Proven experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM. • Knowledge of Einstein and AI features in SFMC. • Certifications preferred: SFMC Developer, Consultant, Administrator. • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
