As a Business Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and goals,
facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring effective solution delivery.
- Gathering, documenting, and validating both functional and non-functional requirements for customized billing systems and Oracle Receivables platforms.
- Managing and maintaining the product roadmap for billing applications, ensuring alignment with business needs, project schedules, and resource availability.
- Developing comprehensive user stories, process flows, and functional specifications with precision and clarity for effective implementation.
