Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Talent Acquisition for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Mumbai (Andheri) Location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Target based Recruitment: Achieve the recruitment target assigned and liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and achieve the same within the stipulated time frame.
- Head hunting: Identifying specific profiles from ideal companies and establishing contact , engaging and hiring the specific profiles.
- Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment agencies, job boards / job postings, social platforms, skilled networks, employee referrals when required.
- Job Postings: Posting advertisements on job sites and on social media.
- Database: Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
- Interviewing: Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates on interview via calls or emails,



as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments and then arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Documentation & Feedback: Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately. Negotiating terms of hire with potential candidates. Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
- Regular updating: Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Candidates Profile:
- Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years of Relevant (Preferable from IT or Companies which have a High Recruitment Turnover and from a target based environment).
- Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar. Grad - Post Grad Preferable.
