Job Summary





SiTime is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP Order to Cash Consultant for designing and overseeing support and implementation of Order to cash systems primarily Oracle ERP Fusion. This role requires a deep understanding of Order to Cash systems such as Order Management, Shipping and AR. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust functional and technical background and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities:
- Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, design, and implement systems solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications.
- Provide hands-on support for Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
