Role & Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and internal ATS for tech, sales, and operations roles across pan-India clients.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, salary expectations, and job intent — maintaining 90%+ accuracy in shortlists.
- Manage end-to-end candidate pipeline: from outreach → interview scheduling → feedback tracking → offer follow-up.
- Hit daily/weekly/weekly sourcing & placement targets set against client SLAs — with performance linked to incentives.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job briefs,
tailor outreach messaging, and optimize conversion rates.
- Use CRM and ATS platforms to log interactions, update statuses, and maintain 100% data hygiene on candidate profiles.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- LinkedIn Recruiter (or Sales Navigator)
- ATS (e.g., GreenHouse, Workday, Zoho Recruit)
- CRM Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Cold Calling & Email Outreach
