Role & Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, secure, and modular SaaS platforms for loyalty, rewards, and customer engagement — from API design to microservices topology.
- Translate complex business requirements (e.g., point accrual, redemption logic, tiered campaigns) into technical blueprints compatible with cloud-native environments.
- Design integration patterns with core systems — CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and identity providers — using event-driven and REST/gRPC architectures.
- Lead technical decisions on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), data modeling, observability, and compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to ensure platform resilience, performance, and extensibility for enterprise clients.
- Document architecture decisions, conduct tech reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices for distributed systems and SaaS scalability.
