Why is this role significant to us?
The People Consultant at SimCorp is responsible for delivering high-quality HR services and supporting employees across various people-related processes. With typically 7-10 years of experience in HR service delivery or a related field, this role focuses on assisting in the administration of core HR services, including payroll, benefits, employee relations,
and HR operations. The Senior People Consultant works closely with the People Services team to ensure that HR processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with SimCorp's policies and values.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Assist in the delivery of core HR services, including payroll administration, employee benefits programs, employee relations support, and general HR administration
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and other people-related inquiries
- Help ensure the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes, ensuring compliance with SimCorp's policies and legal requirements
- Support HR data management, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information in HR systems and records
- Assist with employee communications regarding HR policies, benefits, and other people services, ensuring clarity and transparency
