We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our growing data team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and familiarity with Snowflake is a strong advantage. You will play a key role in building data pipelines, delivering analytical insights, and empowering data -driven decisions across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage robust data pipelines and workflows for data integration, transformation, and loading.
- Develop, design, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and Tableau workbooks for performance and usability.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Leverage Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics when necessary.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure high data quality, integrity, and governance across all reporting layers.
- Collaborate with data engineers,



analysts, and business teams to design scalable data solutions.
- Work with cloud data platforms like Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics (valuable to have).

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of skilled experience in data engineering or data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and perform data modelling.
- Strong hands -on experience with Tableau for visualization and reporting.
- Solid programming experience in Python for data processing and analysis.
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data warehousing, and cloud data ecosystems.
- Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross -functional teams.
