About your team
General Counsel’s purpose is: To protect the interests of customers, members, clients, employees and the organisation and help achieve Fidelity's vision and priorities through the provision of proactive, pragmatic and cost-efficient advice and assurance.

About you
The role is responsible for delivering Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management in the region, working collaboratively with the Global Lead, other GBCM team members and local senior management.



Supporting the Global Lead in creating and executing the global strategy is an additional focus of this regional lead role.

The position requires an individual who:
· is experienced in delivering all aspects of the BCM lifecycle and leading the response to crisis events.
· has strong networking and inter-personal skills, able to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
· proactively identifies areas for improvement and pragmatic solutions to address them.
· is curious and self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
· demonstrates solid attention to detail, as well as thought leadership; initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· proactively fosters collaboration across FIL business partners, focusing on cross-company dependencies, common solutions, and enterprise issues; dependencies include Technology, Third Party Risk Management, Operationa
