Associate - Impact & Transformation

Location: Delhi

The Impact & Transformation team drives organizational transformation by leading initiatives that increase our impact and cost-effectiveness and bringing data to bear on organizational decisions.

We are hiring an associate to drive forward our internal learning workstream, where we generate, analyze, and integrate data to improve internal decision-making and learning, similar to the work IDinsight does with our clients, but focused internally.

In the next year, we expect to focus on building a lighter-touch, more intuitive, more actionable internal learning system, piloting new tools that increase the accessibility and use of insights, and improving how internal data is integrated into regional and executive management.

The associate will use the same suite of rigorous data-centric problem-solving tools we use with our clients, especially non-experimental techniques. The associate’s primary client will be IDinsighters across the organisation, especially our CTLO and CIO, regional leads, and client-facing teams.
