Responsibilities:

About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical Engineering Manager who can lead by example—someone equally comfortable discussing architecture and system internals as they are coaching engineers and driving delivery.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of senior engineers working on complex, large-scale systems. You will bring deep technical judgment, excellent debugging instincts, and a bias for shipping scalable, reliable, and secure systems.




You will be expected to be hands-on in architecture and code reviews, set high engineering standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into robust engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Own system design, architecture reviews, performance optimizations, and scalability planning.
- Lead technical decision-making and guide the team on best practices in coding, testing, observability, and infrastructure.
- Review PRs, debug critical issues, and get into the weeds when needed.
- Stay ahead of tech debt and proactively drive platform stability, cost-efficiency, and performance improvements.

Team and Execution
- Lead a team of senior/staff engineers, setting explicit expectations and high technical standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
