Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify contractor bills (RA Bills, final bills, subcontractor bills) for civil and interior works.
- Take accurate site measurements (carpet, built-up, structural, finishing) and cross-verify on-site quantities.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on GFC drawings and actual site conditions.
- Check bills against approved work orders, POs, and site execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to certify and finalize bills.
- Cross-check materials issued and received as per purchase orders and GRNs.
- Maintain records of GRNs, material inward register, and stock statements.
- Track and verify steel, RMC, and other major materials received at site.
- Maintain and update billing logs, reconciliation statements, and quantity sheets.
- Ensure billing as per contractual terms, technical specs, and DSR norms.




- Conduct joint measurements and ensure client/consultant approvals wherever needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in real estate billing (residential/commercial).
- Solid knowledge of IS 1200, BOQ preparation, RA billing, and reconciliation.
- Familiar with GRN process, material tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing tools (Tally/ERP preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret GFC drawings (architectural/structural/MEP).
- Knowledge of RMC, steel, and major material consumption tracking.
- Good communication and coordination with project stakeholders.
