About the role
Join our agile team within the Product & IT Technology organisation at Orange Business, where you will contribute to the Program Management Office (PMO) activities for the NewCo program. This program is focused on a complex and transversal transformation initiative that aims to innovate and enhance our technological landscape, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
As a PMO Specialist,
your mission is to champion project management excellence and ensure the success of the NewCo program by facilitating transparent communication, fostering collaboration, and driving adherence to agile principles throughout the delivery process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining programmatic project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Organize and facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to key stakeholders to ensure transparency in project progress.
- Champion best practices in project management, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the organization.
- Contribute to risk management activities by identifying and reporting potential risks and issues promptly.
- Support documentation and reporting efforts by ensuring accurate and timely communication of project status and key performance metrics.
