Requirements:
- Min 7 - 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot, research and diagnose root cause for an incident or problem
- US Client facing experience is mandate.
- Team handling experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with management and review project proposals to determine goals, time-frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including all key stakeholders and vendors.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects /project budget




- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Leverage significant experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies to lead project teams on a daily basis to the successful delivery of software development related projects
- Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Daily Standups, Sprint Retrospective).
- Identify and recommend current and improved processes and practices and assist with their adoption.
- Develop innovative ideas to improve the delivery of software.
- Determines project scope and deliverables based on documentation and requirements supplied.
- Resolves project issues through direct action or escalation, when necessary
- Implements Risk Management program to ensure that all risks are identified and appropriately mitigated.
- Collaborate and solve problems with the development & product teams.
