As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Corporate Counsel to join our legal team.

Position Overview:
The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for managing and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal agreements across various business functions, while also maintaining and protecting the company's intellectual property (IP) portfolio. This role will require a strong understanding of commercial law, IP law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to provide strategic legal guidance in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a startup culture, embracing challenges and going above and beyond to protect the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of domestic and cross border contracts,



including commercial agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, service contracts, etc.
- IP Portfolio Creation and Management: Liaise with external legal teams globally to ensure the creation, protection, maintenance, and strengthening of Ultrahuman’s IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights.
- Legal Advisory: Provide sound legal advice and counsel to business teams on contract terms, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Fundraising: Support in fundraising efforts, including venture capital financing, private equity, and other investment opportunities.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and advise on potential legal risks in contract negotiations and transactions, offering solutions to minimize liability and protect the company’s interests.
