Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students via calls, chats, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career scope
- Handle objections and resolve student queries effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (Education / Psychology preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Prior experience in EdTech / Counseling / Sales is a plus
