Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions in fashion design, textile science, pattern
making, garment construction, and illustration
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and projects as per curriculum standards
• Mentor students on design concepts, portfolio development, and industry trends
• Supervise studio and lab sessions ensuring proper usage of tools and materials
• Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain academic records
• Organize fashion shows, exhibitions, workshops, and industry interactions
• Stay updated with fashion trends, technologies, and teaching methodologies
• Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum development and current initiatives
Requirements
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Minimum 1–5 years of teaching and/or industry experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and creativity
