Arrange & check raw materials testing as per received supplier. Check the RM description on bags/ drums, in case of any doubts.

Any deviation found, is to be immediately reported to Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager Quality Control.
Ø
Release the Material in system & explicit the MIGO for further process.
Ø
Ensure all the raw materials PSS testing & report to Manager for approval.
Ø
Ensure all Solvent / Oil supply testing & report to Asst./ Dy. Mgr. For any deviation observed.
Ø
Lab corrections of problematic Batches & test report for dispatch.
Ø
Testing for complaint sample as soon as early for better communication
Ø
Master sample revalidation & inform to Asst. / Dy. Mgr. if any variation found.

Ensure that the Quality of Finished Goods is as per our specifications.

Maintain the QC records as per ISO requirement ( ISO-(QMS, EMS, OHSAS) & TPM)

Entry of all in process samples and completion of lab testing records.

HOUSEKEEPING
Maintaining of cleaning of his section and its equipment as per 5S standards. Cleaning of Lab area, avoiding water logging and arresting material leakages to minimize contamination risk in Lab.

Proper placing of empty dustbin, Knifes & other require items.
Ø
Attend all types of leakage, spillage in lab and report to shift Executive.

SAFETY
Compliance to required PPEs at all times during the Lab testing

Ensure that he is alert at all times.

Ensure proper earthling to instrument is done, before start of any solvent testing or lab ink preparation.
